Terms and Conditions:

1. Admission and Payment

• Application Submission: Complete the application form and submit it along with two passport-sized photographs.

• Payment: Ensure full payment of camp fees is made in advance, prior to the specified deadline.

• Confirmation: Admission to the camp is confirmed only upon the successful completion of the interview and receipt of the full payment.

• Insurance information: Submit Insurance coverage documents.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

​

• Refunds: No refunds will be issued once registration and admission are completed.

• Cancellations: Parents or guardians may choose to cancel admission at their discretion; however, the camp fee is non-refundable in such cases.

3. Fee Structure

​

• Invariability: The total fee remains constant regardless of any changes in the number of participants. Cost for the family members is based on the selection of the accommodation.

• Referral Discount: Get a 10% discount on your admission fees for each successful referral.

• Early Bird Discount: Get a 10% discount on your admission fees

• Robotics & RC Car: Hands-on learning with exciting projects! 🤖🚗 Kits are NOT included in the summer camp fees and must be purchased separately.

4. Personal Belongings and Identification

​

• Inventory List: Provide a detailed list of all items your child brings to the camp, as per the provided annexure.

• Labeling: Mark all belongings with a permanent marker using the Unique Identification Number assigned upon admission.

• Responsibility: Parents or guardians are accountable for ensuring all items are properly labeled.

5. Prohibited Items

​

• Jewelry: All forms of jewelry, including gold, silver, or imitation pieces, are strictly prohibited.

• Outside Food: Bringing external food items, even those with extended shelf lives, is not allowed.

6. Camp Conduct and Regulations

​

• Adherence: Participants must comply with all instructions from camp management and trainers.

• Campus Boundaries: Children are not permitted to leave the camp premises during the program duration.

• Birthday Celebrations: Any birthday festivities will be conducted within the camp, without external food or decorations.

7. Communication Protocol

​

• Parental Contact: We request parents and guardians to limit calls to the camp office, as frequent communication may disrupt the program's flow.

• Updates: Regular updates regarding your child's progress will be provided to keep you informed.

8. Property Respect and Responsibility

​

• Care of Facilities: Educate your child on the importance of respecting and maintaining camp property, including rooms, dormitories, furniture, and common areas.

• Liability: Any damage caused to camp property will result in liability for repair or replacement costs by the participant’s family.

9. Behavioral Expectations

​

• Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain decorum; activities such as arguing, shouting, biting, hair-pulling, fighting, quarrelling, and bullying are strictly prohibited.

• Disciplinary Actions: The camp reserves the right to suspend any participant on disciplinary grounds. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

• Rights Reserved: The camp organization holds the right to modify any venue, rule, or regulation outlined in these Terms and Conditions at any time.

11. Acknowledgment

• Agreement: By registering for the summer camp, parents or guardians confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
