Gurukulam Checklist

Your cooperation is essential in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all participants. Thank you for entrusting us with your child's growth and development.

Admission and Payment

  • Application Submission: Complete the application form and submit it along with two passport-sized photographs.

  • Payment: Ensure full payment of camp fees is made in advance, prior to the specified deadline.

  • Confirmation: Admission to the camp is confirmed only upon the successful completion of the interview and receipt of the full payment.

  • Insurance information: Submit Insurance coverage documents.

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: No refunds will be issued once registration and admission are completed.

  • Cancellations: Parents or guardians may choose to cancel admission at their discretion; however, the camp fee is non-refundable in such cases.

 

Fee Structure

  • Invariability: The total fee remains constant regardless of any changes in the number of participants. Cost for the family members is based on the selection of the accommodation.

  • Referral Discount: Get a 10% discount on your admission fees for each successful referral.

  • Early Bird Discount: Get a 10% discount on your admission fees

  • Robotics & RC Car: Hands-on learning with exciting projects! Kits are NOT included in the summer camp fees and must be purchased separately.

Preparing for a year long Gurukulam requires thoughtful packing to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Here's a comprehensive list of essentials your child should bring.

Clothing:

  1. Traditional Attire (Gurukul dress code): Five sets of cotton outfits (Salwar Kameez with sleeves and Lehenga for girls; Kurta Pyjama with track pants for boys).

  2. Casual Wear: Five sets of everyday clothing, preferably lightweight and breathable fabrics like cotton.

  3. Sports Wear: Four sets of athletic apparel suitable for physical activities.

  4. MallaKhamb Wear:  Shorts for boys and leggings or caprice for girls

  5. Undergarments: Sufficient quantity (approximately ten pairs).

  6. Swim Wear: Two sets of Swim dresses, Swim short for boys and full swimsuit for girls

  7. Toiletries:

  • Personal Hygiene Kit: Includes toothbrush, toothpaste, tongue cleaner, soap, shampoo and Coconut oil.

  • Laundry Bag: For storing used garments.

      • Long-format notebooks ruled (200 pages) -16

      • Long –format notebooks plain (200 pages) – 2

      • Long note Graph books -2 (6th std and above)
