Admission and Payment

Application Submission: Complete the application form and submit it along with two passport-sized photographs.

Payment: Ensure full payment of camp fees is made in advance, prior to the specified deadline.

Confirmation: Admission to the camp is confirmed only upon the successful completion of the interview and receipt of the full payment.

Insurance information: Submit Insurance coverage documents.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds: No refunds will be issued once registration and admission are completed.

Cancellations: Parents or guardians may choose to cancel admission at their discretion; however, the camp fee is non-refundable in such cases.

Invariability: The total fee remains constant regardless of any changes in the number of participants. Cost for the family members is based on the selection of the accommodation.

Referral Discount: Get a 10% discount on your admission fees for each successful referral.

Robotics & RC Car: Hands-on learning with exciting projects! Kits are NOT included in the summer camp fees and must be purchased separately.
